Membership Manager - Cluster

Develop and implement membership acquisition and retention strategies
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify potential target markets
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling membership campaigns and promotions
- Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective members
- Conduct sales presentations to potential members, highlighting the benefits of membership
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure member satisfaction
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM system to manage member information and track sales activities
- Monitor membership trends, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Membership Manager to join our team. As a Membership Manager, you will be responsible for driving membership growth and retention through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position based in our office in Tytherington club but with addional responsibility to three sites in total., Fluency in Spanish is required
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a membership-based organization
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM system
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills,
