Full Job Description

The role sits within the EE Mobile category, a team that will define and take to market standout propositions to ensure we win and drive momentum and value growth for the Consumer unit. The team is accountable for delivering the Mobile P&L as well as acting as Consumer lead for the EE brand .
The role sits in a cross functional team that will define, build and execute our Mobile P&L plan to drive strong market differentiation and deliver our commercial ambition through a series of value driving initiatives and profit protection actions.

What you'll be doing:

  • Responsible for developing and managing the device demand forecasting and performance analysis process for strategic mobile partners and connected categories

  • Aligning demand plans closely with key business areas to support with trading targets, commercials, partner business plans and strategy

  • Data analysis for performance updates in trading and forecasting forums. Review of key trends and analysis across market, sales channel, base

  • Support the co-ordination of key mobile intelligence and performance insight for Mobile categories (PAYM, PAYG, Connected)

  • Ensures performance of mobile activities with clear reviews on outcomes and recommendations

  • Maintenance of KPI delivery across Mobile with gap closure recommendations

  • Utilise insight to generate strategic activities to drive mobile category growth aligning across key areas

  • Work cross functionally to ensure a single story for mobile across all areas of the consumer division

    Forecasting - turning performance data, analysis and insights into short & long term forecasts

  • Story-telling with data - strong skills in building the case for change, drawing on data and analytical techniques where appropriate, and communicating this to business audiences

  • Commercial acumen - understanding a number of metrics and KPI's

  • Business acumen - knowledgeable in business strategy and the drivers of organizational performance, including people drivers and financial literacy (e.g. business KPI's and business cases)

  • Bold and confident thinking - challenging the status quo where appropriate and demonstrating idea creation

  • Market research - ability to conduct market and channel research to drive decision making

  • Able to deal with ambiguity - identify resources to determine and implement pragmatic solutions
