Are you a customer service expertise passionate about guest interaction? We are recruiting a night team member to join our Front Office team.

The 4-star Novotel London Tower Bridge is a 1-minute walk from the Tower Hill tube, Fenchurch Street Station and a short walk from the DLR. Novotel London Tower Bridge has 203 guest bedrooms, 8 meeting spaces and Keepers Kitchen & Bar and is well placed in the City, only minutes away from Tower Bridge and The Tower of London. The Southbank, Covent Garden, Oxford Street and The West End are all easily accessible by Tube.

Your experience and skills include:

-This position will be required to work shifts from 11pm - 7.18am, 5 days a week

-Must be flexible Monday to Sunday.

-Have a great customer service skills.

-Have at least between 6months and 1year experience in a similar role

-Knowledge on FOLS system.
