Full Job Description

We're looking for a wonderful Non-Food Buyer to join our expanding team. Our Non-Food Buyer will own the management and development of our retail ranges across Artfarm.

What success looks like...

  • Working closely with suppliers and our in house to develop and curate all year round and seasonal ranges in line with our company values and retail strategy. In both our brand and proprietary range.

  • Creating daily, weekly, and monthly trading reports across all product categories and locations as required working collaboratively to verify data accuracy.

  • Collaboration with Merchandising team to ensure full and accurate costing and margins performance of each product.

  • Establishing close working relationships with each destination manager/store manager, developing deep insight into trading patterns and using this to inform your everyday decision making.

  • Conduct a quarterly range review analysis for both proprietary and Farm Shop branded products with the Merchandise team to review sales, sales & margin performance.

  • Manage stock cover with Merchandise team to ensure availability is at the optimum level

    Experience of merchandising in a fast-paced and fast-growing retail business, working with a wide range of product categories and channels

  • Analytical skill set combined with excellent communication and networking skills

  • Passionate about retail and hospitality with a good understanding of emerging trends

  • Ability to travel to sites and trade shows when necessary.
