Nurse (RGN) - Care / Nursing Home + £2k WB

A fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join a lovely care provider who are one of the UK's leading providers of behavioural care and specialist Support services to adults and younger people., · Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports

· Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects / reactions

· Prescribing assistive medical devices and related treatments

· To be able to supervise, develop and teach other care team members.

• Must have 6 Months experience as a registered nurse, An experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering patient-centred care.


• Previous experience of working within a care home setting is desirable but not essential.


• A commitment to adhering to NMC guidelines and code of conduct.


• A willingness to coach, guide and support your team on a daily basis.
