Full Job Description

A long-standing, family-owned Construction Company specialising in groundworks, working on projects throughout Oxfordshire and further afield, are looking for an Administrator to join their business.
The main role would be to manage the running of the Company's fleet of vehicles, plant and equipment.
Duties include: Schedule maintenance and repairs (booking vehicles in for repair)
Keeping accurate records of vehicles including maintenance history, repairs and inspections.
Order necessary parts and supplies for vehicles when required.
Ensuring MOTs and services are carried out when required.
In addition: Providing administrative assistance with ongoing projects to management e.g. entering data in to Bills of Quantities.

Required: Good knowledge of Word and proficiency in Excel.
Previous administrative experience preferred.
Working hours are negotiable.
