Full Job Description
We are seeking a driven, reliable, and organized office administrator to join our team. As an integral part of our operations, the candidate will be response for managing email correspondence and phone enquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses to our clients and partners.
We offer some flexibility in working hours
Responsibilities:
1. Respond to Email and Phone enquiries
2. Organize weekly schedules for the team
3. Arrange introductory meeting with potential clients
4. Arrange price quotations based on current pricing of materials
5. Order required materials as per request form from our Production Unit
6. Manage office supplies and place orders
7. Back up data quarterly
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office
2. Strong clerical and administrative skills
3. Excellent organisational abilities
4. Professional phone etiquette
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Ability to work in a team and independently
7. Interest in science or cosmetics preferred,
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
- English (required)
