Full Job Description

First and foremost you are an organised and flexible office manager with some really great experience supporting business executives day to day. Comfortable working in a quickly changing environment, you will enjoy the flexibility and development of the role as the company grows. What will I spend my day on at Noriker?

  • Closely supporting the directors and senior leadership with administrative tasks

  • Offer professional and efficient 'front of house' service for company visitors and customers

  • Help colleagues and senior staff with diary management including organising meetings and arranging appointments

  • Preparation of board packs and monthly reporting

  • Oversee and nurture the company's administration systems with finesse and efficiency

  • Support your colleagues across the business by assisting with drafting and producing presentations and marketing materials

  • Ensure the smooth running of Board/Senior Management meetings, including tasks such as creating agendas, recording minutes, and coordinating action plans

  • General office management duties, facilities management, travel management, events and socials

  • Supporting the HR Director with HR/People administration

    Previous Personal or Executive Assistant experience, or experience supporting an office in an Office Manager role

  • Great communication with colleagues at all levels of a business

  • You can prioritise work and manage your time well

  • Your organisation skills are second to none

  • Multitasking is second nature to you,

  • Self-motivated, result driven, and can achieve targets independently

  • Highly efficient in completing tasks with "Can Do" attitude.

  • Ability to maintain a high level of discretion, confidentiality and professionalism

  • Resourceful, well organised and highly dependable
