Full Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a part-time Secretary/Office Saleswoman/Administration Office. This role will involve providing administrative support, handling sales inquiries, and ensuring smooth office operations. The position is part-time, with workdays scheduled for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.,

  • Administrative Support:

  • Manage office correspondence including emails, phone calls, and mail.

  • Maintain office filing systems and databases.

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.

  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required.

  • Assist with general office tasks to ensure smooth operations.

  • Making phone calls to customer and suppliers

  • Preparing paperwork for the accountant

  • Sales Support:

  • Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, or in-person visits.

  • Provide product information and pricing to potential clients.

  • Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.

  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to facilitate the sales process.

  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Customer Service:

  • Assist customers with product selection, providing guidance and recommendations.

  • Address customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.

  • Office Management:

  • Maintain office/workshop supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

  • Ensure office cleanliness and tidiness.

  • Coordinate with external service providers (e.g., cleaners, maintenance) as required.

  • Assist in organizing company events or promotional activities.

  • Opening and closing the shop-Preparing and sending invoices

    Previous experience in administrative roles or customer service is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Knowledge of the marble or construction industry is a plus but not required as can be taught on the job.

  • Able to work on own initiative in an efficient manner

  • Able to work well under pressure

    We are a well-established Reigate marble company specializing in the supply and installation of high-quality marble products for residential and commercial projects. Our company values professionalism, reliability, and excellence in customer service.

    Schedule: Part-time, 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), 9am - 5pm. Flexible to cover other days if required.
