One Year Student Placement - Operations

The Source-to-Deliver (OSD1) Department at Robert Bosch Ltd based in Denham and Kettering, has a fantastic opportunity for an undergraduate student with a keen interest in Logistics/Supply Chain Processes and Data Analysis to undertake a 12-month placement.As an Intern in this department, you will have an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience working for a highly reputable global company where you can develop your personal and professional skills.Your contribution to something bigYou will be actively supporting the operations team in areas such as:ReportingContinuous Improvement projectsProcess confirmation and designError handlingInvoicing and cost analysisSupporting Internal Controls ensuring compliance throughoutYou will support the team development of utilising various tools e.g. PowerBI, to bring greater transparency to our processes, results and stakeholders:Reporting and CostsSupporting in potential Automation solutions for the future.Assistance in preparation for and
attendance in Monthly Business Reviews with Service ProvidersDevelop and maintain an internal Bosch Intranet page to provide up-to-date information to the UK Businesses

Essential Qualifications/Skills:Studying for a degree in a relevant discipline e.g. Logistics, Supply Chain, or BusinessExcellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPointGood knowledge and understanding with Data Analysis tools e.g. Power BIStrong verbal and written communication skills Ability to meet deadlines in a time-pressured environmentGood knowledge of systems (e.g. SAP)
