Full Job Description

Reporting to the General Manager, as the Operations Co-ordinator you will work in line with company strategy, manage people and establish policies to be adhered to. Be thoughtful and a confident decision-maker ensuring the department will develop, grow and thrive whilst ensuring that customer service is at the heart of what we do.,

  • Manage a small production team to deliver and achieve business goals

  • Prepare regular reports for the senior management, including performance statistics and stock volumes

  • Ensure that all employees follow H&S regulations

  • Manage administrative, logistical, human resources and accounting services to support company operations

  • Address customer enquiries promptly and professionally and work within the direction of the Company's 'Good to Great' procedures to ensure the best customer satisfaction

  • Report faults or discrepancies for cast iron deliveries

  • Daily planning of painted stock to ensure 100% stock levels

  • Despatching orders on Sage, uploading deliveries on courier websites

    · Experience within a warehouse


  • · Strong Excel skills

    · Experience with Sage or similar package

    · Exceptional customer service and communication skills

    · Driven, proactive and passionate self-starter,
  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)


  • Experience:
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

  • Administrative experience: 1 year (required)


  • Language:
  • English (required)


  • Licence/Certification:
  • Driving Licence (preferred)
