Operations Manager

If you are an Operations Manager with multi-site experience and are super passionate about food, drink (especially wine) and providing outstanding guests experiences we want to hear from you!, We are looking for an experienced leader to work within our senior management and oversee the operations of all our sites and drive financial performances overseeing the full P&L and reporting into the Operations Director.

Not only do you have multi-site experience you have an exceptional eye for standards and have the entrepreneurial drive to take our Balfour pubs to the next level and ensure they are market leaders.

You'll be super organised, have sound judgement and excel at multi-tasking. The role is varied and involves travelling across our sites so no day is the same. You'll need a broad knowledge of health and safety, HR, property and of course be a proactive problem solver.

You'll have heaps of enthusiasm, be great at motivating others and building commitment to implement changes which improve the business and be able to support your teams to manage margins, control costs and deliver healthy bottom line profits.

As an Operations Manager with us, you'll have view across the entire business and being in a unique position to influence the direction of the company alongside the senior team.

A proven track record of progression in your career from single site to multi-site operator is essential

Experience with hotels / boutique hotels and country Inns.

Ideally based in Kent, the role will involve driving between our sites throughout Kent, East Sussex, London and The Cotswolds.
