    5 days across 6; this will be a split shift working both Monday and Saturday with Sunday and one other day off during the week - to be discussed at
    Interview.
    Salary: Salary: £14.78 per hour. Premia paid for hours worked between 7pm - 10pm, and 10pm - 6am.

    What you will be doing:
  • Supervising a team of operatives and drivers

  • Making sure all team members are motivated and treated fairly and consistently

  • Planning and taking action to achieve service levels targets

  • Educating your team on business goals and service objectives
