Full Job Description

Working closely with the Sales and Production teams, you will ensure customer order requirements are met and deadlines are achieved.,

  • Corresponding with customers by telephone and email.

  • Inputting orders onto the internal business system (currently SAP).

  • Monitor orders across the full order lifecycle.

  • Ensure the timely delivery, despatch, and payment of orders.

  • Verifying fulfilment provisions and processing credits.

  • Booking transport for despatch.

  • Maintenance of client databases.

  • Ensure health and safety compliance.

    Experience working in a customer service focussed role.

  • Microsoft Office Suite and SAP experience.

  • Working knowledge of sales processes.

  • Knowledge of ISO.

  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to build good working relationships.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Salary: £25,000 to £27,000 Annual
