Full Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Legal PA to join the Commercial Property team in our Leeds office.

In this role you'll be responsible for a variety of administrative activities which will help to provide excellent support to our Property lawyers and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments

  • Manage all incoming and outgoing communications including email, phone and post

  • Liaise with our lawyers and clients to provide administrative support

  • Schedule travel

  • Plan events

    An experienced Legal PA - ideally within a Commercial Property team

  • Experience of Land Registry Searches

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized

  • Flexible to work in the office as and when required
