Paid Search Executive

We're looking for a data driven, performance focused individual to join the Digital Marketing team at Gymshark.

As Paid Search Executive, you will be responsible for efficiency of spend, leading regional strategies, working closely with our internal marketing and creative teams and hitting traffic, revenue and ROI targets, all whilst setting a benchmark for Paid Search at Gymshark.

This is an amazing opportunity for a Paid Search professional who has experience within a start-up / high growth environment and who is passionate about hitting traffic, revenue and ROI targets within the budget they have been assigned and working alongside our Senior team to analyse performance on how Paid Search is contributing to the overall business growth.

• Previous Paid Search experience in-house or within an agency


• Experience in using Google AdWords Editor and bid management tools such as DoubleClick or Kenshoo.


• Experience optimising all Paid Search activity, including bid management, creative and competitor benchmarking.


• Confident in presenting findings to the team


• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with a range of audiences.


• Confident in querying data and problem solving.


• Competent with Excel and able to analyse data and report on findings.


• A passion for all things digital and a desire to test new tactics and keep up to date with industry changes.


Preferred Skills:


• An understanding and appreciation for the wider marketing funnel and how channels work together for success.


• Willing to challenge and be challenged.
  
  You'll be working across the business with directors, department heads and digital marketing professionals and be at the heart of our rapid growth into a billion-dollar global business.


• This role is genuinely important to our business performance - it will manage the expansion of Paid Search activities across channels such as Shopping, Search, Display, App, YouTube, Discovery to ensure optimal visibility across all product categories, where profitable.
