Park Operative

Casual, variable hours, working as and when required.

The role of the Park Operative is to work with the Countryside and Ranger team at Rother Valley Country Park. You will assist in the delivery of a safe, efficient, and effective day to day operation of a popular visitor destination contributing to increasing levels of use.

Successful candidates will maintain the park to a high standard of cleanliness, undertake an extensive grounds maintenance program, operate the miniature railway and gate control. You will be required to work regular anti-social hours involving evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required.
