Full Job Description

  • Minimum of 3 years credit control experience.

  • Effective utilisation of collection methods

  • Cash posting

  • Raising invoices and credit notes

  • Account reconciliation

  • Managing own ledger

  • Building customer relationships

  • Dealing with internal Service Management teams regarding account queries or changes

  • Recovering unpaid debts

  • Legal paperwork including administration and liquidation relating to bad debt

  • Resolving debtor queries

  • IT literate in Sage and Microsoft Office

  • Self-motivation and ability to work on own initiative

    We are an established Cleaning and Support Services company with a group turnover in excess of £10m looking for an experienced Part Time Credit Controller to work 5 days per week based in our Dartford office at a salary of £17,225 p.a.
