Partnership Account Manager

Manage and nurture strategic, long-term and trusting relationships with our health and fitness merchants in order to increase engagement and grow volume of transactions

Analyse and grow merchant margins to ensure revenue goals are met

Hold regular review meetings with accounts to measure progress and identify opportunity

Manage and resolve escalated customer queries

Retain existing merchant partners and acquire new in order to meet growth targets and deliver coverage and choice for our customers.

Achieve and maintain the highest merchant discount for our customers.

Network and be recognised within the industry as a trusted and valued partner

Monitor review and manage pricing changing and merchant profiles

• 2 years' experience in Sales or Account Management


• Experience of working in the health or fitness industry


• Goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on problem solver


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation


• Enjoy teamwork


• Adapt to a fast-paced working environment


• Have excellent organizational and time management skills


• Have familiarity with CRM tools


• Comfortable with contract negotiation, Account management: 2 years (required)
