People Operations Support Specialist

As a People Operations Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the OSS, to analyze operations processes, identify & coordinate opportunities for improvement, track initiatives, represent the team in cross functional global meetings, support system activities such as testing and training, and manage operational reports.

The OSS will serve as a Continuous Improvement Champion to our supported Operations Team.

Reporting to People Operations Support Manager. Y ou will be part of Our People Services team strives to deliver an efficient, high-quality, customer centric People related services and Operations function.

The team ensures global & local support of our People throughout their employment journey from onboarding to exit.

What you will do

• Review (evaluate and prioritize), coordinate, and monitor Operations-led CI initiatives


• POC for internal People Services Operations CI & Performance Dashboards / Reports


• Conduct CI Events such as Kaizen, Tools, and Methodologies workshops introducing CI to Operations to help improve internal CI management and influence an improvement mindset


• Collaborate with People Services Operations Leaders, Global Compliance, and Training & Quality to mitigate outstanding risks / challenges


• Lead Internal Controls Audit (for Operations) by establishing control parameters and scheduling routine audit activities


• Collaborate with Training & Quality (TQ) Specialist / s to ensure that the TQ strategies are aligned with the CI initiatives in place and are synced in schedule


• Create and manage required system related documentation for People Services Operations' archival reference


• Transform high level system test scripts to Operations specific scripts enabling the Testers to run assigned UAT items effectively while ensuring coverage of all possible scenarios and required test paths


• The OSS may be required to undertake other duties and responsibilities as requested by the People Operations Support Manager
  
  At least 2 years of solid HR Shared Service Experience


• Passionate about Continuous Improvement, operations framework implementation, and service performance monitoring


• Excellent attention to details and communication skills (verbal and written)


• Highly analytical and confident in Reports Management


• Experience in conducting impact assessment


• Demonstrate the ability to effectively assess and resolve complex issues and problems


• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities


• Adept in Root Cause Analysis, Escalation management & investigation, internal control audits (or equivalent)


• Knowledge in Project Management Basics


• Experience in System Testing (UAT), Training Facilitation, and Process Documentation


• Can confidently represent the team in cross functional & global environment


• High proficiency in Microsoft Tools such as Excel (including Macro creation), Word, and Powerpoint (and online equivalent)


• Dashboard creation and maintenance


• CI coordination and communication


• Familiarity with HR Tools such as ServiceNow and Oracle
