Full Job Description

The role: The purpose of this role is to ensure smooth running of an investment department and assisting Director of Investment Department.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

· Responsible for managing Director's diary by booking and recording appointments

· Scheduling and recording meetings in team's diaries

· Providing administrative support to Director and team on all aspects of sales process and research

· Assisting Director and team with raising fee accounts

· Reconciling Director's credit card expenses and claiming expenses on their behalf

· Organising access to the properties for surveys, EPC's plans, viewings and etc.

· Registering Director's interest for new properties/transactions with various agents

· Preparing documents, emails, letters and templates in line with company's standards

· Taking meetings' minutes and ensuring that actions are agreed and following up on them

· Answering phone calls, taking and passing on messages to the relevant team members

· Monitor listings and updates on the databases such as Zoopla, OnTheMarket, Rightmove, Costar, Nimbus, RIB Website etc.

· Updating internal schedules

· Taking notes at Team Meetings

· Providing assistance with preparation of the marketing materials and canvasing

· Reviewing and updating department's processes and procedures regularly

· Good organisational, planning multitasking and prioritising skills;

You'll be offered a competitive salary up to £25,000 depending on your experience and comprehensive benefits package: -
