Pharmacist

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team in providing excellent pharmaceutical care to our patients. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medication., Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with prescriptions
- Provide advice on the dosage, interactions, and side effects of medications
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan, monitor, and review patient treatments
- Conduct medication reviews and offer patient counselling on the proper use of medications
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Oversee the work of pharmacy technicians and support staff

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy
- Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- ICU experience is desirable
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and pharmacology
- Excellent patient care skills
- Proficient in medication administration and pharmaceutical calculations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
