Full Job Description

  • Picking sales orders accurately ensuring hourly picking targets are met

  • Use of barcode scanning handheld devices to record pickings and bin movements

  • Driving low level order picker to transport picked goods to dispatch area

  • Assisting with additional dispatch, goods in and loading tasks

  • Notifying supervisor or management of any errors or stock discrepancies

  • Housekeeping duties as per rota


    • The shift pattern for this role is 14:00 -22:00 Monday-Friday (non-rotating)

    Key Skills and Operational Requirements

  • Experienced warehouse worker

  • Physically fit

  • Self-disciplined

  • Numerate and literate

  • Good communication skills

  • Have a great eye for detail, Picking & packing: 2 years (required)

  • Warehouse: 2 years (required)

    Kite Packaging have a brilliant opportunity for a Picker/Packer Warehouse Operative to join their Warehouse team at their Coventry, Puma Park site.   • Basic hourly rate of £11.44 plus a bonus of £250 per month based on 100% attendance - (Hourly rate with bonus - £12.98)

  • 20 Days holiday, in addition to bank holidays

  • Monday - Friday 14:00 - 22:00 (non rotating)
