Plant Business Improvement Placement (12.5 months)

As an intern in Business Improvement at Filton Plant you will get exposure to:

• Production and Manufacturing;


• Plant performance data analytics;


• Continuous improvement;


• Business management ;


• Airbus Operating System standards;


• Environment, Health & Safety Improvement.


Amongst others, you will be tasked with the following:

• Performance dashboard creation using data analytics;


• Supporting Business Reporting;


• Ad-hoc improvement project Management;


• Supporting Business Improvement Manager in daily activities.
  
  Studying for a relevant Business, Engineering or Technical degree;


• Interested in data analysis and project management;


• The ability to listen, understand and communicate information;


• A strong interest in developing yourself;


• Interested in finding creative solutions to complex problems., This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.

At Filton Plant, we are responsible for the manufacturing of A400M Wings, A350 Equipped Gear Beam as well as the production of some Additive Manufacturing parts and Research &Development packages of work.
