As the Plant Clerk, you'll be at the forefront of action, supporting the Shift Manager in gathering crucial data and maintaining meticulous spreadsheets.

But that's just the beginning! Get ready to ignite productivity as you update production documents and ensure seamless information flow for tensor, payroll, and agency registers. Your mission? To be the ultimate supplier of vital information, keeping production running at peak performance.

But wait, there's more! Dive into the heart of administrative excellence as you handle a myriad of tasks across all production departments, ensuring nothing stands in the way of success.,

  • To produce batch sheets and product labels for production lines.

  • Accurate recording of systems database.

  • Accurate labour reporting. - Staffing numbers, signing agency, keeping plans up to date and keeping (Tensor) holidays and absences up to date.

  • Prepare and issue work specification books for oncoming shift with up-to-date version number.

  • Enter shift data onto manual Standard Labour Reporting (SLR) and DWOR system/Qlik. View ensuring alignment with Short Interval Control Board.

  • Answering office phone as required.

  • Assist the manager with data queries.

  • Other admin tasks as requested by department managers.

  • Raising works orders for departments such as Engineering.

  • Health & Safety - Reporting Health and Safety breaches.

  • Ensure the smooth running of the department by facilitating the smooth flow of information both in and out of the unit.

    Manufacturing experience (Desirable)

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Attention to details

  • Data/analytic skilss

  • Microsoft Office

  • Good organisational skills and good time management

  • Administrative experience

  • A drive to succeed, improve and challenge the status quo

  • Able to work independently and seek the appropriate resources and support to achieve.
