Full Job Description

Playing a key role in the work of the policy team - creating briefings, working closely with our members and helping to develop policy ideas and solutions.
- Engaging with members and stakeholders to identify and respond to key opportunities and challenges facing the sector, now and in the future.
- Keeping up to date with the current policy environment, latest thinking and issues that impact the sector and housing associations.
- Providing policy input, support and advice to other parts of the NHF through events and project groups.

An understanding of the processes of policy development, and experience of working in a policy team
- Experience of building and developing relationships with stakeholders
