Full Job Description
- 7.5 hours (1 day) per week for 24 months fixed term contract
- Secondment or employment (Fixed term)
- Equivalent 8a (dependent on experience)
- Flexible working required
- Travel will be expected, This new role is to provide support to general practice teams to deliver placements for pharmacy undergraduates and foundation trainee pharmacists within Lancashire and South Cumbria. This support may be on an individual or group basis. As a Pharmacy Practice Education Facilitator, you will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to develop, support and embed undergraduate and foundation year trainee pharmacy placements in general practice and support the development of sustainable processes within the Lancashire and South Cumbria primary Care Training Hub.
The post holder will be a Registered Pharmacist with experience working in Primary Care as a desirable, however not essential. - Develop and expand placement capacity
