More detail about the role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time Band 5 Registered Nurse who is interested in expanding their skills and working as a Pre-Assessment Nurse preparing patients for Endoscopic procedures. The Endoscopy unit currently has five procedure rooms in Exeter as well as two procedure rooms based at the Tiverton Community Hospital site. These deliver a range of diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures in the specialties of Gastro-intestinal medicine and surgery, Colo-rectal surgery, Respiratory medicine and Urology. We are seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, highly motivated and adaptable people who are committed to providing the highest standards of care for our patients. The post is based off the main hospital site at Osprey House which is situated opposite the Nightingale Hospital on the Sowton industrial estate, although some initial training will be

delivered at the main Endoscopy unit in Wonford. Successful applicants will be supported by our team leaders with a programme of training and external courses.
