Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to come and join us in our Core Product team to take on day to day responsibility of ensuring we both meet our regulatory and compliance needs whilst creating exceptional responsible gambling experiences for both players and our internal operators. In this role you will enable players to enjoy gambling in a responsible, safe and secure manner and set agents up for success so they can excel in the support they offer our players.

As a Player Protection and Compliance Product Manager for LiveScore you will be responsible for the end to end product delivery lifecycle, including setting and managing a number of product KPIs, collaborating on product strategy, identifying and prioritising opportunities, ideating on new features and player experiences and measuring the success of new products and features.

This role will focus on player protection and compliance across our UK based brands but will also support our ambitions in other markets where necessary.

  • Collaborate with Product leadership and stakeholders across Legal, Compliance and Operations to develop and drive the product vision and strategy for player protection and compliance product in the UK market

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, emerging technologies and competitor landscape to become a subject-matter expert for your area

  • Define, measure and monitor key product metrics for your area, utilising these along with customer insight to identify and prioritise opportunity areas

  • In collaboration with cross functional teams, perform product discovery for prioritised opportunities to identify and validate potential solutions for delivery

  • Align with relevant stakeholders across the business to create a product roadmap for your area, ensuring it closely aligns to LiveScore Group's strategic goals and creates customer and / or business value

  • Create high quality epics with well articulated user stories and clear user acceptance testing criteria, in line with the software development lifecycle, ensuring development teams are aligned on overall intent and requirements

  • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating compliance risks associated with product features, launches, and modifications

  • Support in the successful delivery of initiatives, helping to mitigate delivery risk, blockers and ensuring cross business readiness at launch

  • Define and monitor success measures of each new initiative to ensure it achieves the intended outcomes, identifying areas for improvement or optimisation

  • Articulate discovery outcomes, delivery status and outcome measures across the team and the business to promote cross functional alignment on progress and impact

    Proven experience in product management positions, ideally within a regulated industry in a domain related to regulatory compliance, anti money laundering or preventing customer harm.

  • You can demonstrate proven experience and understanding of the full product development lifecycle and agile software development methodologies

  • You can demonstrate experience of working on product discovery, including gathering customer research, either leading or in collaboration with product designers and researchers

  • You have strong collaboration and communication skills. Specifically when it comes to working with technical, commercial, and operational stakeholders, alongside fellow product team members

  • You are proficient in data analysis and comfortable using analytics tools to track performance and draw associated insights and make data-driven decisions

  • You have experience working across multiple brands and differing geographical regions

  • You have worked closely throughout the lifecycle of sourcing, implementing and managing solutions provided by 3rd party solution providers

  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing priorities, make decisions and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • You are a structured, self driven and logical thinker and communicator who brings clarity and organisation to complex spaces
