Production Operative

We are seeking a Production Operative to join our small but growing team. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for the printing, manufacturing, packing and shipping of all our products in accordance with established procedures and quality standards. This is a hands-on role that involves working with graphic design and printing technologies as well as mechanical manufacturing processes.,

• Operation of Printing and Heat press equipment


• Manufacturer of orders


• Workflow job queues management


• Workload prioritisation


• Packaging of orders


• Despatching of orders


• Equipment cleaning/maintenance


• Quality Control


• Stock control / management


• Customer service


• Graphic Design


• Waste management
  
  High school diploma or equivalent


• General Computer Literacy essential


• Full training will be provided


• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred but not essential


• Keen attention to detail and quality control


• Must be team player and flexible as you will be required to get involved in other aspects of the business when required


• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
