We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Sourcing Manager to join our procurement team. Reporting into the Head of Procurement you will execute strategic sourcing using market research and cost analysis to identify and contract with best fit suppliers, and their ongoing supplier management to ensure supply assurance of materials and services meeting quality standards and specifications. The role: - Internal customer engagement to understand business needs and expected outcomes - Focus on Capex, MRO, engineering spares and consumables and civil works - Spend analysis of assigned categories to identify
sourcing and/or negotiation opportunities and to deliver Supplier Segmentation classification - Develop and deliver the annual strategic sourcing plan, and benefits initiatives, incl required stakeholder management - Cost Standards setting in support of budgeting purchase price variance (PPV) analysis - Undertake and keep abreast of market research for assigned categories, demonstrating capacity and cost driver understanding for key materials and suppliers/industries - Supplier management including forecasting provision for capacity and supply assurance and placing outline agreements, framework orders or specific orders as required. - Deliver and support supplier performance data capture, for assigned categories to deliver scorecards and continuous improvement in line with supplier segmentation - Own and manage the Procurement aspects of benefits tracking tool, working with Budget holders and Finance to release benefits back to the business from Budgets. - Develop and deliver
communications for approved vendor lists and use of subject matter expert functions to manage self 'purchasing' activities - Strategic Sourcing/eRfx using SAP on spares management

Experience working in a strategic sourcing role within a manufacturing environment is essential - Strong influencing and communication skills - CIPS qualified or working towards - Organised and able to prioritise to support manufacturing uptime and cost management - Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
