Additionally, the Junior Consultant is responsible for assisting in the implementation of the customers projects on the Asite platform and oversee and manage the initial rollout of the system within the customers' :Manage all post-sales activity for Asite's customers through strong relationship-building, product knowledge, planning and execution.Develop a deep understanding of the product and speak with customers about the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs.Where required assist with new Asite customer that a plan is in place with each customer for deployment, change management and adoption programs.Increase customer retention by conducting regular check-in calls for tactical items and perform quarterly health checks for strategic reviews.Help to make Asite's platform a part of each customer's core architecture.Identification and
