The Program Office Manager plays a critical role in overseeing and coordinating various programs and initiatives across the portfolio of people and places. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, project management skills, and a deep understanding of organisation people and processes.The Program Office Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams, ensures compliance, and drives efficiency in operations. Acting as a u2018right handu2019 to the CHRO & EVP ensure they are well prepared for meetings, programs are on track and materials to a high quality. This role deals often with highly sensitive and confidential data as well as senior level relationships so a maturity and ability to manage confidentiality is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage programs, across all people and places initiatives in partnership with the leadership team and aligned to strategy. For example, but not limited to, talent management & culture, reward, facilities,
HRBPu2019s and country HR, HR Operations. M&A as well as the Sri Lanka and India operations.Create project plans, design and create materials, set milestones, and track progress to ensure timely execution of initiatives.Collaborate with stakeholders to define program objectives, scope, and success criteria.Ensure actions are captured for key meetings, tracked and reported back on to ensure closure and completion.Manage the HR budget in partnership with FinanceHR for HR Business Partner (possibly other client groups on an interim basis)Process Improvement:Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency gains within HR functions.Implement best practices and standardize processes across the organization.Continuously evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.Data Analysis and Reporting:Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics and program outcomes.Use
data-driven insights to inform decision-making.Stakeholder Engagement:Communicate program updates, changes, and milestones to relevant stakeholders.Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners with collaboration key to success.Change Management:Lead change initiatives related to HR processes, technology, or organizational structure.Ensure stakeholders are involved and informed during change processes.

To be a successful Program Manager your attitude is key. You are open-minded, self-driven, take initiative, a quick learner, and are able to engage with both stakeholders and employees across all levels of the organization. You are operational in all you do and not afraid to get your hands dirty contributing to a task or assignment. We are looking for someone with: Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, related field or u2018real worldu2019 experience across a number of areasDemonstrable ability in program management acquired over a number of different experiences.Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Commercial mindset and ability to work under pressureProficiency in software and tools, a technology mindset.Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plusExperience of managing people, even if a small
team, would be a plusExcellent English oral and written communication skills. Excellent MS Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook). Experience working with ATS or HRIS, would be advantageous.
