Full Job Description

The Project Assistant role is key to provide project administration support to members of the F&B team and facilitate delivery of cross functional projects as well as supporting the team on a wide variety of key projects.,

  • Create Project Plans -

  • + Develop detailed project plans, including schedule, budget and outlining duties of team members.
    + Identify project goals and timelines for project start and completion.
    + Collaborate closely with various teams and facilitate meetings to develop project plans.
    + Presenting project plans to F&B Managers for review.
  • Monitor Project Progress -

  • + Closely monitoring each project to ensure that projects remain on track, meet deadlines, stay within budget, and develop according to plan.
    + Identifying project objectives, ensuring timelines are adhered to, escalating where necessary and offering solutions for problems.
  • Report Project Results -

  • + Provide weekly updates on project progress.
    + Once a project is complete, ensure project results are gathered, lessons learned documented and assist with presenting results to leadership teams.

  • College/A Level (Degree qualified preferred), Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task.

  • First class communication skills; able to easily adapt to changing circumstances.

  • Project management experience (desirable)

  • Understands project management methodology

  • Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Good report writing skills

  • Able to plan and maintain project schedules; working to tight deadlines

  • Works well under pressure

  • Assist with other projects as needed to support the business, Previous experience working within a multi-cultural / matrix team environment (desirable but not essential)

  • Holds a relevant Project Management Professional Certification (ITIL /Prince2, PMI etc) - desirable but not essential

  • Industry-specific experience (Fintech / technology / F&B / Retail)
