Project Coordinator

The project coordinator is responsible for liaising between branch and suppliers, raising quotes and projects and following the project lifecycle from start to finish.

Ideally, you should have a good rapport with customers and suppliers, building strong relationships and trust within the business as well as promoting Lux Works and associated services. Capturing sales/purchase orders in an accurate and timely fashion. Engage in general ad hoc duties to assist the team.,

• Log all new project enquiries onto the CRM system and create a project folder in the Lux Works project folder.


• Raise all quotes with suppliers to enable full visibility of the project cycle.


• Collate datasheets and lead times with suppliers.


• Check that the codes from the quotes match design part codes and fitting references.


• Create spec book if required.


• Chase quotes to ensure they are returned in a timely manner to meet project deadline requirements via email and telephone follow up.


• Follow up on outstanding quotes and log on CRM tool.


• 1-3 working days at the start of each month go through all live queues and capture information using Yesss software to confirm.


• Assist with rebate data dumps and collection process when required quarterly.

• Good IT skills in Microsoft Office with experience of CRM systems.

• Starting rate negotiable per annum subject to experience
