Our Engineering Project Manager will deliver engineering projects for the Scarborough site within agreed budgets, timeframes and standards, including preparation and delivery of detailed scope of works, prepare budgets, plan and designate project resources and keep stakeholders and internal clients informed the entire way through a structured communication scheme.   • Ensure Health & Safety & Food Safety requirements are delivered to the highest standard in all aspects of the role

  • Plan and develop project from idea to implementable solution and prepare business justification for it

  • For all assigned projects, develop and present scopes and deliverables, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

  • Detailed budget creation for projects and monitoring expenditure throughout project lifecycle

  • Monitor projects throughout implementation phase and solve issues that arise daily through structured performance management schemes

  • To ensure resource availability and allocation for all projects in implementation phase and according to the site's budgeted windows of opportunity

  • To monitor Project performance throughout all the stages in terms of project scope, budget and timelines using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

  • Create and maintain comprehensive, detailed project documentation

  • To perform appropriate risk management to minimise project risks

  • Ensure stakeholders and internal clients are informed and satisfied throughout the project phases

  • Establish and maintain relationships with all major suppliers/vendors

  • Ensure all equipment and installation auxiliaries are designed within the guidelines of the latest engineering specifications, Health, Safety, & Food Safety requirements
