Project Manager

· Provide project support to all projects, adhering to agreed processes.

· Project manage a set of implementation projects across all products.

· Act as the main point of contact for client communications.

· Managing client expectations, focusing on timelines and what each party is responsible for.

· Encourage client progression through the project phases, highlighting any clients that are inactive to internal stakeholders.

· Coordinate and work with internal teams to deliver work in a timely manner.

· Project manage ad hoc internal development projects.

· Establish required scope and work breakdown for projects.

· Act as a first level of support during UAT, coordinating support and work from the development/support teams where required.

· Maintain Asana boards and tasks, ensuring that all projects are up to date.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Project Manager to join our Projects team. This is a fantastic role for someone with a strong customer service background who is looking for a long term, development opportunity. It will primarily focus on planning and managing a range of internal and client driven IT/technical based projects of varying size, primarily concerned with credit risk decisioning and data., · Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· A logical thinker with an aptitude for problem solving

· Interested in learning the technical side of the products & services

· Strong ability to multi-task

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
