If so, are you ready to join the largest multi award winning property inventory provider in the UK? Inventory management is a fast paced, varied role, and we are looking for inventory clerks to cover mainly Bath, but also Trowbridge, Frome, Wells and surrounding areas.

Based from home, but travelling by car you will be required to cover inventory, check outs and property visit jobs. This is a vital and important service for property management and letting agent organisations, where an eye for detail and great people skills are key to success. You will need your own transport, laptop, and an iPhone.,

  • To collect and return keys to and from the Estate Agent ensuring they are returned immediately following the inspection

  • To organise and be on top of your own diary and jobs

  • To book all jobs and confirm with tenants or agents within the agreed time frames

  • To meet tenants or agents at the properties at the agreed times

  • To carry out inventories and check in/check out reports in line with agreed timescales and service standards

  • To compile the inventory report and check in/check out reports via our in-house software ensuring that all reports are accurate and complete

  • To ensure that all appointments are attended on time

    Educated to a GCSE standard (or equivalent) with a minimum A-C pass in English and Maths

  • A car with clean driving licence and willingness to broadly cover Bath and surrounding areas

  • Articulate with excellent and clear communications skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and observation skills

  • The ability to work to strict deadlines and work under pressure in a fast moving environment

  • Ability to work within flexible hours and attend appointments at short notice

  • Basic IT skills with the ability to learn new skills

  • Access to a suitable PC/Laptop

  • A "can do" attitude with excellent problem solving skills and a diplomatic approach

  • Experience of the lettings industry or past work as an inventory clerk is beneficial but not essential as full training will be given

    You are paid a set rate per report and will be fully self-employed. Hours are flexible, school hours available. Once trained you can expect to earn between £500 and £2500 per month depending on hours worked.
