Property Manager

What you will be doing as a Property Manager at Darlows Estate Agents in Merthyr Tydfil

• Booking and conducting property inspections


• Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals


• Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties


• Deposit returns


• Resolving rental arrears


• Processing eviction requests


• Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards


• Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports, Full UK Driving Licence for a manual car


• Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)


• We'll need evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of:

Passport/Birth Certificate

We will also need

• Proof of Address


• National Insurance


• Drivers Licence Check


At some point(s) in your application process, you may be required to interview via video call.

• £20,000 to £27,500 basic salary, dependent on experience


• Up to £5,400 in capped commission


• A further £2,725 uncapped commission target


• £28,125 to £35,625 complete on-target earnings
