Property Manager

We are looking for a property manager to join our team and help manage our property portfolio. We strive to provide excellent service to our tenants and guests.

Properties to be managed are predominantly in the Essex area (Braintree and Witham). The ideal candidate should be in or around the Braintree area.

This is a part-time role, averaging 14 to 16 hours per week. Remote working with regular on-site visits will be required.,

• Efficiently manage a portfolio of 17 properties; a mixture of short-term lets and tenanted properties, including HMOs.


• Conduct property tours and inspections for potential tenants. Targeting full occupancy.


• Provide the appropriate level of care and assistance to our tenants and guests.


• Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly.


• Maintenance of the properties, including carrying out smaller DIY repair tasks yourself and/or arranging for tradespeople to attend.


• Completing administrative tasks around tenancies, guests and maintenance checklists.
  
  The ability to competently use technology/internet portals/e-mail.


• Good grammar and competent writing abilities.


• Good communication skills.


• The ability to be assertive.


• Competent DIY skills.


• A full driving license and your own transport., Property Management: 1 year (preferred)
