Full Job Description

Sole responsibility for an assigned number of supplier's involves the following tasks.

- Maintenance of Supplier Record on mainframe system

- Process of Invoices/Credit Notes from data capture to mainframe system

- Matching Invoices to Open PO's

- Identification and resolution of Queries

- Completion of Monthly Statement Reconciliations

- Assistance and generation of Adhoc Payments

- Assistance and generation of Bi-Weekly payment run as requested by Team Leader

- Adhoc projects

Must have 2 years end to end Purchase Ledger experience in a Finance/Accounts Team

- Must have high attention to detail.

- Ideally will be able to organise and prioritise your own workload.

- Show Initiative and flexibility.

- Must have experience of a high volume, fast paced business.
