QC Technician Temporary Contract

Quality Control Technician - The Role

• Ensure quality control of all raw materials & finished goods.



• Testing manufacturing & filling samples.



• Test & release raw materials for production.


• Record results & update records.


• Participate in customer/external certification audits.


• Support the investigation of customer complaints.


• Retest raw materials/products to enable shelf-life extensions.


• House keep in QC areas.


• Ensure compliance with corporate as well as site & laboratory policies/procedures.
  
  Experience of working in a laboratory.



• Experience of working in paint, coatings or a manufacturing environment advantageous.


• Highly organized with ability to prioritise and multitask.


• Ability to work autonomously and can perform under pressure.


• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.


• Enjoys a collaborative working environment where supporting colleagues is key.


• Knowledge of resins/chemicals/coatings is advantageous.
