Full Job Description

We have an opportunity for a Quality Assurance Manager - Audit to join our Compliance Quality Assurance team. The main purpose of this role is to design, develop, implement and manage a quality review programme that ensures the business meets with all Compliance data and service quality standards and legislative and policy requirements.

The role of Quality Assurance Manager - Audit will include:

  • Lead a team to deliver;

  • + Manage 3rd party audits and gather wider business audits data, Quality Assure the National compliance team Process via a programme and Implement improvements
    + Reporting of findings, trend analysis and data insights
    + Plan, manage and implement an audit cycle and process to ensure compliance with regulatory and business requirements
    + Investigate issues to identify route causes and implement improvements
    + Ensure reviews are undertaken consistently, using appropriate techniques to ensure audit and assessment tools are aligned to legislative
    + Lead on the development of action plans, in accordance with review outcomes and good practice

  • Degree, management qualification or relevant professional qualification in quality assurance or auditing

  • Proven experience in a similar role in audit and quality assurance is desirable

  • Previous experience of leadership of a team and people management

  • Proven ability to develop, implement and review relevant policies and procedures

  • This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence

  • £60,725 per annum (rising to £63,921 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)


  • The full time equivalent salary for this role is £53,134 based on 35 hours per week rising to £55,931 after 12 months service and subject to satisfactory performance
