We are currently seeking dynamic and resourceful individuals to join our RTB Project as Junior Quant Developers, with expertise in Python and C++, primarily focusing on code refactoring within our Python Quant team in product control., + Refactor existing codebase to make it more modular and maintainable.
+ Collaborate closely with the Python Quant team in implementing and optimizing solutions.
+ Transition Legacy libraries from C++ to Python, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
+ Utilize SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
+ Apply mathematical principles to quantitative finance tasks.

+ 2-5 years of experience in software development, preferably within the finance industry.
+ Proficiency in Python and C++ programming languages.
+ Strong understanding of SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
+ Background in mathematics, with the ability to apply mathematical concepts to quantitative finance problems.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
+ Adaptability to a dynamic work environment.
+ Appreciation for differences in style or perspective, contributing to value-driven decisions.
