R&D Assistant

As an R&D/Product Development Assistant at MINERVA Research Labs, you will be involved in a range of dynamic and engaging activities. In addition to supporting research and development initiatives, you will:

- Assist in the formulation and development of food supplements, from concept to commercialisation.

- Conduct clinical research on ingredients and market trends to assist in identifying and creating top-quality formulas, that set new industry benchmarks/product innovation.

- Prepare, review and validate on pack labelling information.

- Translate complicated science into easy to understand and compelling product benefits and claims.

- Generate and maintain accurate technical datasheets, product information, analytical results, and product formulations.

- Participate in sensory evaluations and consumer studies to gather feedback on product prototypes.

- Create materials to engage, inspire and educate retail customers and consumers.

- Stay up to date with the latest scientific research and nutritional trends.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Marketing, and Quality Assurance, Operational to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.

- Attend cosmetics and medical events across Europe.

· Bachelor's degree in science, nutrition, food science, chemistry or pharmacy. Master's degree is a plus.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret scientific data and draw meaningful conclusions.


• Proficiency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of Spanish, Italian, or Japanese is beneficial.


• A minimum of 1 years' experience in the R&D/NPD within the food, pharmaceutical or food supplement industry is preferred., Bachelor's (preferred), Research & development: 3 years (preferred)
