Full Job Description
As a Reconciliation Coordinator you will be working within our Income and Agency team working to reconcile the income received by the business to our back-office system, Intelliflo (IO) and to support the Novation process following acquisitions to ensure income is novated efficiently and all plans are matched to the back-office system.,
- Ensure that all income is accurately accounted for within IO
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring alignment with team and business objectives.
- Maintaining oversight of our debtor's process
- Build and maintain relationships with multiple investment and insurance providers to support novation of agencies.
- Successful matching of income on provider statements and invoices with records in IO
- Investigate and correct any items that are unable to be matched automatically.
- Lead on the production of monthly MI and reports to finance and financial planning team as part of group reconciliation and accounting process
- Processing and recording of Client Refunds
- Run introducer reports to calculate monthly payments
- Liaison with providers and Insurance companies to ensure accurate remuneration data
- Assist with creation of income profiles within IO.
- Support with ongoing operational projects with the business.
You will have experience working in a similar role, having either worked within a Finance department or within a Financial Planning firm. - Experience of working within Financial Services
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Experience of working within a Finance team or with invoices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to maintain excellent working relationships with a professional team and manage multiple stakeholders
- 5 GCSEs graded A-B (6), or equivalent, including Maths and English
- Educated to degree level would be desirable
- Experience of Intelliflo (IO)
- Accountancy experience
