Recovery Motivator

As a Recovery Motivator, you will support those starting their recovery journey. You will engage with people at point of assessment to reduce disengagement and use your skills and experience to promote wellbeing and harm reduction.

You will develop professional and supportive relationships with people to start conversations around ongoing support and accessible recovery options for people who are between stages of treatment.

You will receive an in-depth training package to provide you with the skills you need to support people within our services., We would be grateful if you could complete the Equal Opportunities Form attached along with your Application Form to help monitor the effectiveness of our recruitment practices and assess the success of different advertising methods in attracting applications.
