Registered Nurse (Days & Nights Available)

" To Assess Patients 'health & care needs and develop care plans
" Administer Medication and monitor service-users response
" Provide Nursing care, including wound care and palliative care
" Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team to coordinate personalized care
" Maintain accurate records and work within CQC guidelines
" Provide Emotional support to service-users and their families

" You will have an active NMC Pin
" You will have a minimum of 12 months UK Nursing Home Experience
" You will have experience working in elderly care, including people with Alzheimer's and other Dementia related conditions
" Ability to work as part of a team and also autonomously
" Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills
