What does the role involve?

Being a Dialysis nurse requires commitment and passionalong with the skills and competencies to juggle the technical nursing aspectwhilst giving holistic care.

You will be working autonomously,responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development,implementation and evaluation of care for dialysis patients with chronic kidneydisease or acute kidney injury.

Bath Dialysis Unit operates 16 haemodialysis stations,serving up to 64 patients, in partnership with North Bristol Trust using onlythe latest equipment.

Nursing is planned at a ratio 1 : 4 patients, andyou will be supported by HCAs on each shift.

This post is eligible for a Welcome Bonus of £2,500
• (taxable) for successful candidates, split into 2 instalments, one at passingprobation (6 months) and the next at 18 months in post (pro rata ifapplicable)., This is a full time role of hours a week.Current days are working various shifts between to Mondayto Saturday.
