Rehabilitation Assistant

1. To deliver group based prehabilitation and rehabilitation for cancer patients as well as 1:1 clinics which may be face to face, virtual or telephone appointments. 2. To deliver health and wellbeing education via both virtual and face to face workshops on cancer related topics. 3. To collaborate with a wide range of the Cancer Services multi-disciplinary team as well as patients, family members and carers around the management of patients and development of the Personalised Care Team. 4. Develop skills and knowledge through participating in continuous professional development, in-service training and any other developmental activities. 5. To undertake basic physiotherapy and occupational therapy assessments that are appropriate to the patient as part of group based and 1:1 rehabilitation. 6. To carry out delegated tasks given by the physiotherapist, occupational therapist and nurses. 7. To help plan, set up and deliver health and wellbeing and rehabilitation workshops/services. Please
